The man who admitted to killing two former co-workers at the DeWitt Chili’s is now suing Onondaga County.

William Wood Jr. is suing the county and the sheriff's office for allegedly being held in solitary confinement since September. Court documents include paperwork describing chaotic behavior in jail.

He is expected to be sentenced to life without parole.

Wood could still face federal charges in the Chili's murder and possibly the death penalty.
