Almost five days after nearly losing everything in a fire, Peterson's Exotic Pet shop in Rome is back in business.
The new location is just three doors down from the original location that burned down early Thursday morning on North James Street.
All of the animals were killed in the fire.
A sign in the window says the shop will be open Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
They have crickets and fish right now.
The shop is expecting mice Tuesday.
Peterson's is a family-run business that's been in the area for nearly five decades.
