Leadership within the Jesuit community has released a list of clergy members facing credible allegations of sexual abuse.

On the list for the Northeast Province includes a priest who taught at Le Moyne College, but is now deceased.

Roy Drake is listed as working at Le Moyne in 1978 and 1979, and then for an eight year stretch from 1985-to-1993. He was accused of abusing minors back in the 60s and 70s, but it was not reported until 2003.

Drake died in 2008.

The USA Northeast Province says they released the list, "hoping to contribute to healing from the pain and anger caused by clergy sex abuse and the lack of accountability and transparency on the part of church leadership."

They say they are now run under an accreditation agency, and "have implemented best practices for more than fifteen years, with no new cases of abuse in the Northeast Province.
