A 95-year-old woman is dead following a two-car crash in Penfield Saturday afternoon.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. on Empire Boulevard.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a car was trying to turn left into the Mario's Restaurant parking lot when it pulled out in front of a westbound truck.
The truck hit the car's passenger side, killing 95-year-old Jean Dietch of Irondequoit.
Deputies say the 66-year-old man driving the car was treated for minor injuries. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor, and no charges are being filed at this time.
