The former Utica College student who was just found guilty of calling in threats that shut down the campus is now potentially facing more prison time.

Fahrudin Omerovic pleaded guilty yesterday to second-degree identity theft, a separate case from the Utica College threat.

Prosecutors said he used a family friend's credit card information to buy two vacuum cleaners from the campus bookstore's website.

Omerovic will be sentenced for the identity theft charge on February 28. He's already facing up to 14 years for the terroristic threat conviction.
