A Florida man has admitted to scamming Xerox out of millions of dollars.

Jason Haynes pleaded guilty to wire fraud and filing a false tax return.

According to federal prosecutors, Haynes and three others set up a phony company to obtain Xerox printers. The group then allegedly obtained toner from Xerox to cover the cost of prints they claimed to have made with the machines. Instead, the group sold the toner to the tune of $11 million and pocketed the money.

Haynes faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He is scheduled for sentencing on March 13.

Charges are pending against a fifth alleged co-conspirator in the scheme.
