UTICA, N.Y. -- Utica police have made an arrest in the recent shooting death of a teenager.

Stefan Medina, 17, was shot and killed on Elizabeth Street back on August 19.

At the time, investigators said they didn't believe it was a random act, and that Medina had been targeted.

They've now arrested 18-year-old Jorge Campos, of Utica, in the crime.

Campos is facing charges of first-degree manslaughter, as well as drug and weapons charges.

The motive is still unknown, but police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
