Cal Harris reaches a plea deal after he was accused of driving drunk in Cortland County.

The Owego man previously made headlines for years as he went through four separate trials for his wife's murder, before he was ultimately acquitted.

Harris was arrested for DWI in Preble back in December. Prosecutors say he hit another vehicle while driving with a blood alcohol content of .13.

Harris denies hitting the other vehicle, and says he has dash cam video for his defense. Ultimately, the District Attorney says Harris pleaded guilty to DWAI.

He was given the maximum fine of $500 and his license will be suspended for 90 days.

The DA says Harris provided proof that restitution was paid to the driver of the other vehicle.
