The family of one of the victims killed in last February's crash in the town of Onondaga is speaking out about the suspect's release.

Anthony Saccone, the man charged with murder for the crash, has been released on bail twice since his arrest.

The family of Michael Walker is upset over his latest release this past weekend. It came the day after a judge ordered his bail to be cut from $1 million to $250,000 cash.

The family says they have been dealing with even more grief due to the fact that Saccone is allowed to go home to his family.

"I hope Mr.Saccone thinks about this. I hope this bothers him for the rest of his life. Because he has children that he loves and I hope it hits him at some time the depth of what he did to these three families," says Marjorie Wooten, Micheal Walker's grandmother.

Saccone is due back in court on May 29th.
