A day after getting his bail reduced, the man charged in a drunk-driving crash that killed three people, is released from custody.

Bail for Anthony Saccone was lowered from $1 million to $250,000 Friday.

The state appellate court ruled the original amount was excessive.

As of Saturday, Saccone was no longer listed as an inmate at the Justice Center.

Saccone is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit, along with cocaine in his system, when he ran a red light near Onondaga Community College back in February.

He hit another car, killing 18-year-old Michael Walker, 19-year-old Baylee Rose and 20-year-old Samra Osmanovic.

He's due back in court on May 29th.
