UTICA, N.Y. -- The Oneida County woman accused of fatally poisoning her boss appeared in court Wednesday after allegedly violating house arrest.
Defendant Kaitlyn Conley admitted she was wrong and apologized.
The judge is giving her one more chance.
A new trial date for her case has not been set, but the judge said it may happen in October.
Her first trial was declared a mistrial after the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.
