SAN ANTONIO -- An increase in customers using a financial service's mobile app is causing the company to shut down more than a dozen locations.

The United Services Automobile Association says with so many users turning to their app, they've decided to reduce their brick and mortar footprint by shutting down 17 locations in April.

USAA will be doubling the number of ATMs in these markets.

The USAA headquarters in San Antonio will not be affected by the change.
