One person is dead after a two-car crash on state Route 104 in Oswego County Wednesday morning.
New York State Police said a truck driven by Cody Pruett, 23, of Lacona, lost control and hit another vehicle head on around 7:15 a.m. The driver of the vehicle that was hit died at the scene, according to authorities. State police have identified him as John Quackenbush, 57, of Parish.
Pruett was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injures. The investigation is ongoing.
