A Schenectady couple is facing charges after robbing a Scotia video game store, according to authorities.
Police say Jonathan May, 25, robbed Pastime Legends at knifepoint, last Saturday. He made off with two gaming systems and some video games. His girlfriend, Sherri Vaisey, 27, is accused of driving the getaway car. May was arrested in Niskayuna after allegedly robbing a store in Mohawk Commons the following day, when police learned of his involvement in the Scotia robbery.
May is facing felony robbery and conspiracy charges plus a couple of misdemeanors including criminal possession of a weapon. He's being held in Schenectady County Jail on $50,000. Meanwhile, Vaisey was arraigned on robbery and conspiracy charges. She's being held in Schenectady County Jail without bail due to an outstanding warrant in Albany County.
