SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The hottest looks were on display in Syracuse Sunday, but it wasn't just the fashion grabbing people's attention.

The 5th annual "Breakfast at Tiffany's Fashion Show" helped raise money for "Hope for Heather."

The organization works to raise awareness about Ovarian Cancer, which is the fifth leading cause of cancer death among American Women.

And because it can happen at any time in a woman's life, advocates say it's crucial to know the symptoms to catch the cancer early on.

"You have to be aware of your bodies and stay on top of yourselves so that we can have an early diagnosis and cure this disease," said Mary Gosek, Hope for Heather Oswego President and ovarian cancer survivor.

"It's becoming a more familiar disease and people are recognizing that we need to be advocates of each other and support one another," said Kellie Gingold, event organizer.
