State Senator Tim Kennedy (NY-63) represents the cities for Buffalo, Lackawanna, and Cheektowaga. He was inspired to run for office out of dedication to his community. 

The biggest thing Kennedy has learned during his time in office was to always be ready, prepared, and proactive. He wishes more people knew his office is always open and ready to hear from constituents. 

If Kennedy could have lunch with any historical figure, past or present, he would choose Frederick Douglas. He uses the term "Buffalove" to describe "loving everything that is and represents Buffalo."
