JoDee Kenney sits down with Rochester mayoral candidate Shashi Sinha, who calls Rochester a beautiful place, but that it's not without its fair share of problems. He says that safety, housing and education are at the core of what needs to be fixed.
As part of his economic revival plan, Sinha wants to increase home ownership in Rochester. He wants to build 4,000 new homes on city land and sell them at cost. He says the homes would be built with newer methods like modular or slab homes.
