Election day is Tuesday and voters across New York state will get the chance to weigh in on five proposals on the back of the ballot.
If passed, the proposals would amend the New York State Constitution.

Any proposal approved by at least 50% will be added to the state constitution in January.
Again, voters are reminded that there are two sides to this year's ballot. So make sure you turn your ballot over if you want your voice heard on each proposal.
