Rep. Anthony Brindisi and Republican challenger Claudia Tenney took part in a virtual debate Monday on Spectrum News as they seek a two-year term representing New York's 22nd Congressional District.

Tenney was elected to Congress in 2016 representing this district, but was ousted by Brindisi, a Democrat, in 2018. As a race involving an incumbent Democrat in a district won by President Trump in 2016, it has garnered national attention as Republicans try to win back seats in the House of Representatives.

Hosted by Capital Tonight's Susan Arbetter, Brindisi and Tenney debate coronavirus, health care, and climate change, as well as other topics. Watch the full debate above.
