The New York state Assembly Higher Education Committee held a hearing Tuesday on where state dollars are going when it comes to colleges and universities. Jack Arpey was there and explains what was covered. Also, several hemp retailers in the state say they've been improperly accused of selling illegal marijuana products. They sued the state Office of Cannabis Management this summer after police confiscated thousands of dollars of product they say they're legally licensed to sell. Now they're anxiously waiting for the state Supreme Court to decide if the state's enforcement actions are unconstitutional.
