SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: There's a new legislative push to put further restrictions on immigration agents access to courthouses. ICE must have a warrant to make arrests inside state buildings, thanks to an executive order signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo earlier this year. But the Protect Our Courts Act would require ICE agents get that warrant from a judge instead of an agency supervisor. Assemblywoman Michaelle Solages discusses why she thinks New York needs to pass the bill.
