SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The party continues for the Ballston Spa baseball team. The New York State Champions have been honored again. The Scotties gathered at their field and were presented several proclamations from Senator Jim Tedisco and Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh. Ballston Spa went 24-2 this past spring winning the school's first Sectional Championship in 46 years and its first State Championship ever.
