The youth movement continues for the Tri-City ValleyCats. Last season they had Jason Bell, one of the youngest managers in baseball, leading the team. Bell has been promoted. Oznie Guillen is taking over the Cats, and if the name sounds sort of familiar, it's because Oznie is the son of former major league and Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen. The elder Guillen led the White Sox to a World Series championship in 2005.  For the younger, this is his first stint managing a team. The 27 year old spent the last five years playing independent ball in Venezuela. The Tri-City ValleyCats will start the season on June 14th on the road before returning home for the home opener on the 16th.
