SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Monday was the first official practice for the UAlbany mens lacrosse team.  The Great Danes have 3 of their top 5 scorers returning, a ton of depth at midfield and their entire starting defense back.  They also added the  #1 recruit in the nation freshman Tehoka Nanticoke.
