The man who pleaded guilty to killing a man in Queensbury earlier this year was sentenced Thursday to 18 years in prison.

Jesse James Breault, of Glens Falls, will serve time for the stabbing death of 36-year-old Christopher Gross.

Gross's body was found dead on the front lawn of a home on Meadow Lane back in May.

Breault was originally charged with murder, manslaughter and assault. A plea deal last month resulted in a second-degree murder count being dropped.
