A corrections officer at the Albany County Correctional Facility is suspended without pay. Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple confirms the officer made a racially charged post on his Facebook page.
Several people on Facebook put a spotlight on the post from Aaron Ross.
It calls out the Black Lives Matter movement, adding if people don't like this country, they should "go back where your ancestors came from."
"The county does not condone Ross' actions, and he will be dealt with accordingly," Apple said.
