Police have filed more charges connected to the March overdose death of a woman in Albany.

Keisha Richards, 24, died after the people with her allegedly didn't get her the medical help she needed to survive.

Albany County District Attorney David Soares charged Tamale Harris with manslaughter, tampering with physical evidence and concealment of a human corpse. Harris has pleaded not guilty.

Last month, Jodi Noisseau was arraigned on those same charges. A third man, Christopher Kondracki, is also accused with tampering with physical evidence and concealment of a human corpse.

According to the unsealed indictment, Harris and Noisseau knew Richard was overdosing and moved her body from Rensselaer to Albany instead of getting any medical attention.

The pair is accused of dropping her at a Partridge Street home and leaving her there for 12 hours, then placing her in a snowbank. Richards was later found and pronounced dead.

The charges of tampering with evidence stem from allegations the suspects also washed the victim's clothing and body before abandoning her.
