Elections are going to look different in New York thanks to the voting measures passed by state lawmakers at the start of the legislative session.

This was the first issue the now fully Democrat-controlled legislature took up. And at the center of it was the new Senate elections committee chair, Zellnor Myrie.

He's a Democrat from Brooklyn who replaced one of the members of the breakaway conference known as the IDC, and he sat down with Capital Tonight’s Liz Benjamin to talk about what comes next.
