Amazon's plan to locate one of two new headquarters in New York City is not getting a universally warm reception. New York beat out dozens of other cities, some that offered incentive packages even more lucrative than the one on the table here. But city residents and elected officials aren't convinced the multi-billion dollar offer is worth it. Some say the state shouldn't subsidize one of the richest companies, while others argue no company should receive any perks, regardless of size.
