State Senate Republicans are warning about the economic impact of new employee scheduling regulations. As we have discussed in the past, the state Department of Labor is proposing new limits on having workers "on call" to come in without being paid, and similar practices. Business groups have been pushing back against the plan, and last week they testified at a public hearing about it. State Senator Chris Jacobs joins us to talk more about this.
