Supporters of a constitutional convention argue that it's the best way to bring big changes to state government. So they are working to get the word out about the question on this year's ballot.  As you may recall, every twenty years voters decide whether to hold a constitutional convention. And this year the committee for a constitutional convention says its an opportunity to address things like ethics reform that the legislature has not acted on.
