Tuesday, a number of realtors will descend upon the state Capitol for their annual lobby day. Their goal of course is to advocate for the real estate industry, which has a lot of different components. One of their top priorities is to reduce closing costs for new homebuyers, which would most likely boost the number of homeowners in the state. Duncan MacKenzie, the CEO of the New York State Association of REALTORS, joins us to talk more about it and some of the group's other priorities.
