For years, governors have been trying to figure out what to do about the aging Tappan Zee Bridge. Until Governor Cuomo came along and made the decision to have it rebuilt. But, even with construction on the new, New York Bridge underway, we still don't know how the bridge will be paid for. According to the author of a book on the topic, Cuomo doesn't plan to pay for much under his watch. Philip Plotch's book is titled "Politics Across the Hudson: The Tappan Zee Megaproject."
