FISHKILL, N.Y. -- State police have identified the construction worker killed Saturday at the Gap warehouse in Fishkill.

Police say 58-year-old James Parisella of Florida died when a piece of steel beam and tin went into the cab of the excavator he was operating.

Parisella was part of the demolishing crew tearing down the warehouse was badly damaged by a fire earlier this year. Investigators believe the fire was intentionally set.

No arrested have been made in connection to the fire.
