A husband and wife have been charged in an alleged sex abuse case involving children under the age of 10.
The Niagara County district attorney says Marty Walton was arraigned virtually Friday on two counts each of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child involving an 8- and 9-year-old.
He's being held on $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond.
His wife Shani Walton is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child relating to the same two kids. She was arraigned and released Friday.
