A man accidentally shot his girlfriend in the Texas de Brazil restaurant at the Walden Galleria, according to Cheektowaga Police.
After getting his bill, 19-year-old Anthony Ciccarelli was reaching into his pocket when the pistol in his pants' pocket fired, hitting his girlfriend in the leg.
Police were called to the scene where they place a tourniquet on the woman's leg.
She was taken to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.
Ciccarelli was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
A voicemail was sent from police to mall employees following the incident.
