Former congressman Chris Collins' one-time opponent is getting involved in the disgraced politician's legal saga.

Nate McMurray is asking the judge on Collins' insider trading case to force Collins to return his congressional salary and forfeit his pension as part of his sentencing.

McMurray said Collins profited from deceiving the voters in his district.

He's asking the judge to make Collins repay his salary from the date of his indictment last year until his resignation last week.

McMurray ran as a Democrat against Collins for the NY-27 seat last year.

He's also running to replace Collins now that he's resigned.
