Buffalo's Community Crime Prevention Initiative coordinator was arraigned in City Court Tuesday for criminal sexual behavior.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office says Antwan Diggs is charged with first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sexual abuse, and forcible touching.

The 50-year-old allegedly forced sexual contact on the victim on August 19, 2019.

Diggs has been placed on administrative leave, per Buffalo Police, and is scheduled to return to court on October 21.

If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison.
