A Buffalo man accused in the shooting deaths of a grandmother and her 17-month-old grandson on Grape Street last year is facing new murder charges.

Kenyatta Austin, 26, is now accused of shooting and killing Luis Flores, 24, on East Ferry Street in Buffalo back in March 2017.

Austin was arrested in Niagara Falls on a gun charge on July 3, one day after the Grape Street shooting and has been in police custody without bail since then.

If convicted of both shootings, Austin faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.

He's due back in court later this month on a second-degree murder charge for Flores' death.
