A teenage boy living with a brain tumor is celebrating a very happy birthday thanks to the Bills starting QB.

Josh Allen visited Cade Spinello for his 13^th birthday Wednesday.

Doctors discovered the California teen had a brain tumor when he was just 5 years old.

He underwent multiple surgeries, suffered a stroke and was pronounced legally blind.

Since then, Cade's visited New Era Field, met members of the team and trained one-on-one with Allen.
