BUFFALO, N.Y. – Nearly two months after Jim Kelly’s surgery to remove oral cancer, the Buffalo Bills Hallf of Fame quarterback hosted one of the biggest charitable events in Western New York.

Sunday Kelly attended the 32nd annual Celebrity Classic at Adam’s Mark Hotel.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Kelly for Kids Foundation, which has given more than $5 million to children’s charities in Western New York.

Guests included Buffalo Bills Hall of Famer Bruce Smith and actor Dean Cain.

 

Kelly is still working on his speech following the surgery, but took the time to greet and thank fans.
