From rain to sleet to freezing rain back to just plain rain, Western New York can’t seem to catch a break.
Now there’s a chance for some localized flooding because the ground is fully saturated and cannot absorb anything falling from the sky.
There’s a flood watch in effect until Monday night but so far things are under control—with more rain and some snow in the forecast.
