ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The city of Rochester is launching a new tool to improve its online payments system.
The new eCitizen Online Bill Pay Portal launches Tuesday morning.
Customers will now be able to pay taxes, bills and fees online.
That includes water bills, parking tickets, and permit renewals.
Existing customers will need to set up a new account and re-establish automatic payments.
The new Bill Pay Portal can be found on the city's website under the payments tab.
