BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Jim Kelly cut the ribbon Tuesday on the Kelly Tough room at Erie County Medical Center.

The Bills all-time great quarterback donated to put the room together, with the aim of bringing encouragement to those fighting cancer and their families.

"When you look up at the wall, it says, 'make a difference today for someone who's fighting for their tomorrow,'" Kelly said. "My family, my friends and the fans of Western New York were my difference maker; that's why I'm here today."

Kelly says the name of the room, Kelly Tough, sheds light on his journey through football and battling cancer twice.
