Con Ed Reduces Voltage in Two City Neighborhoods for Overnight Repairs

Con Edison says it is no longer asking residents in two city neighborhoods to conserve power.

Residents of Yorkville and Maspeth were urged to conserve power while crews worked to repair equipment problems overnight.

Con Ed had reduced voltage by five percent in Maspeth and earlier in Yorkville in Manhattan to protect equipment and maintain service as the repairs were made.
