Buffalo police are looking for the person who shot and killed one man and hurt another at one of the city's most famous restaurants: The Anchor Bar. Time Warner Cable News reporter Kevin Jolly stopped by the restaurant on what's normally one of the busiest days of the week.

BUFFALO, N.Y. --  On what's normally one of the busiest days of the week for the Anchor Bar the landmark restaurant is closed as crews clean up following a shooting that left one worker dead and another wounded.

"We have restaurant that was crowded on Friday night, we have employees inside the kitchen, a shooter comes into the kitchen and approaches the deceased, this was a very targeted shooting. We have a second male that was grazed, he took a ricochet round and was very superficially grazed. They were both taken to ECMC, the deceased was pronounced deceased at ECMC," said Joseph Gramaglia, BPD Capt. Homicide Squad.

Police say the suspect in the shooting got away. In the meantime, on Saturday, dozens on potential diners hoping to enjoy a meal at the Home of the Original Buffalo Chicken Wings were met by a "Closed" sign at the door.

"We came from NYC but we went to Niagara Falls for just a few days, Before returning to Niagara we were to go here to buy some chicken. This one is really famous in New York City," said Albert Tintson, tourist from NYC.

"I Googled it we tried to come here on our way back to Utah, have some wings. I didn't even here about it, I had no idea," said Jesse Mace, tourist from Utah.

Others made the best of it by taking a few pictures in front of the landmark restaurant before taking off. In the meantime, the Anchor Bar's owners say they plan to reopen Sunday.

Buffalo police say they're reviewing video of the incident and they're asking anyone with information to call their confidential tipline at 847-2255.
