ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Metropolitan—that's the new name of the Chase Tower in Downtown Rochester. It also comes with a new look. Construction has begun on the 26-story building which was bought by Gallina Development in March.
They've since announced plans to redevelop into not only office space, but also luxury apartments and condos, plus restaurant space. Gallina said the rentals will be available to tenants this coming spring.
