SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Owners of the Original Italian Pizza shop on West Genesee Street in Syracuse are are offering a reward following an overnight break-in.

According to Syracuse Police, employees called Monday morning to report the break-in.

The suspect or suspects broke through an exterior concrete cinder block wall to get in. No money was stolen, but co-owner Joe Crabbe said someone tried to steal a safe that's bolted to the floor. He said the pizza shop had a similar break-in in the summer of 2011.

"I feel so violated that they were in the restaurant last night, we have them on video for an hour and 45 minutes," Crabbe said, "and it's not about the money, we want to catch the people that did this, and maybe by offering a reward, we can make somebody come forward, and help police in capturing these two burglars."

Crabbed said a reward of $2,500 has been offered.

Police do not yet have a suspect description.
