A Buffalo man has been found guilty in multiple shootings that resulted in two deaths and several more injuries.

A state Supreme Court judge found Diamond Lewis guilty of 16 counts, including two counts of murder, in a bench trial.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office says Lewis shot five people on Warren Street on June 6, killing 18-year-old Alonzo Scott and paralyzing another person.

Investigators say Lewis also shot 22-year-old David Skipper Jr. to death on Erb Street in October 2014 as well as wounding a 13-year-old bystander in a shooting this past January.

He faces between 25 years and life in prison when he's sentenced December 8.

When he was 17, Lewis pleaded guilty in February 2014 to criminal weapon possession and attempted robbery for a November 11, 2013 incident. He was set to be sentenced later that February to between 3 1/2 and 15 years in prison.

Prosecutors say he was treated as a juvenile offender.
