BUFFALO, N.Y. -- State police are looking for a Buffalo man and a white SUV after this week's deadly shooting between two vehicles traveling on Interstate 190.

Troopers are trying to locate 22-year-old Juan Colon and a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner with New York plates HYM3229. A reward of up to $2,500 is offered.

A red sedan was heading north on Monday evening when, near the Niagara Street exit, shots were fired from another vehicle, wounding the driver. That caused the car to go off the road and hit the center median.

Angel Marcia was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Police wanted to emphasize that this appears to be a targeted incident, and not a random act or a road rage incident.

“It’s safe to drive out there,” said Captain David Denz, New York State Police. “There’s not somebody out there, you know, rageful driver, anything like that, people getting shot at randomly.”
